Normally I don't get into these animated adaptations of classic comics (seems pointless to me as I'd rather just read the comic), but DKR is like the holy grail to me. I will probably not be able to resist the Blu Ray. What did people think of Year One?

It still looks pretty good. Definitely check it out. Hopefully this means we'll get a "Killing Joke" animated thing sooner or later.

It was good, but I was annoyed how they left out a couple things, my most missed moment when Bruce says "I shall become a bat". McKenzie's Batman voice was mostly pretty weak, though Bryan Cranston was great as Gordon, and I hope they consider him for the role in the inevitable Batman reboot (well, they won't be able to use him if they want a young Gordon, I suppose).

It wasn't bad. It doesn't measure up to the quality of the comic, but it's still worth watching.
