Since She-Hulk says Cyclops recruited some of Kitty's staff to attack her "friends". That recruitment must take place during WATXM. And it seems Wolverine wasn't so forthcoming about his fallout with the Avengers, to Kitty -- given her impression that Wolverine wouldn't "allow" this sort of interference to happen.

More deception from Wolverine. Y'know, "for the children's saftey" I'm sure.

I put #266 in the middle because in Legacy there is no sign of Wolverine being at the school and Falcon saying Wolverine was not available.What Jennifer says is:"That's more warning than we got that a bunch of your teachers were joning up with cyclops to attack our friends."Nowhere does it say Cyclops recruited any of the teachers.In fact there is no source stated where Jennifer got her imformation.Heck,as far we know,Jennifer made the whole thing up!

We know Iceman and Rachel definitely join the fight against the Avengers -- as per the Bradshaw pages recently released.
Logan being absent in Legacy makes sense. He wouldn't stick around. He wants to find Hope too.

Which is part of the problem Sometimes the actions make no sense if you can't tie to what's happening in other books. I still would assume this happens after the WaTXM issue that is coming out next week too. The Avengers sure seem to be coming up with new ways to keep ticking off everyone. Going to the school is not changing anything about what teachers help or not (I guess Rachel helping Cap doesn't count either). If anything acting like an invading army just makes people want them off their doorstep and more convinced they don't know what they are doing so even if you think Cyclops could be wrong (and i suspect some of them do), it makes you think Cap doesn't have clue either. Kitty isn't any nicer than Gambit or Frenzy so I don't know why she's telling them to "step down" - all they were doing was pointing out how idtiotic the Avengers are being.

Best thing to do, and what I always do during multi-book non-sequential crossovers, is treat it as if I'm being told a story by multiple people, well after the events passed. So every thread has it's own bias and perspective, and not all threads are going to match up perfectly, as events are remembered differently, but when all is said and done, you can take a step back and admire the tapestry.

Trying to put everything that happens into a perfect sequential event order is maddeningly difficult, and in the end a little pointless, to me.
