    It's one of the only Nu books that I read (alongside Demon Knights & Batwoman)!

    Good job!

    Well deserved, I know I voted for WW all the way though. It was not even a fair fight, WW is that awesome.

    I have to cheer any time Batman doesn't beat Wonder Woman in anything.

    How many votes were cast in this poll? How many did Wonder Woman get? Maybe a couple hundred? Wow, that is impressive! (Sarcasm). Meanwhile, hundreds more have dropped the book. So people are really voting with their wallets.

    Where are you folks seeing this exactly?

    Batman= 768 votes
    Wolverine and the X-Men=478 votes
    Daredevil= 422 votes
    Wonder Woman= 362 votes
    Animal Man= 304 votes
    Swamp Thing= 200 votes
    etc.

    Where are you getting that Wonder Woman won this poll?

    It was a poll in the main DC board and WW won it.

    Because this series of Wonder Woman is OK if you're into that sort of thing, but come on...the absolute best of the new 52? My personal favorite is Animal Man, with Swamp Thing a close second.
    Thus do I write the first chapter of my new scripture. And the first verse is "Let it all burn."

    But not everybody wants Dark comic books like those. Wonder Woman is a bit dark, but still has tinges of the superhero element. (A lot more than Animal Man does . . . I looked through the tpb collection for that, and it really seemed too depressing for me. I'm sure the art is appropriate for the story, but I don't want to read that type of story. I want a little more hope.)

    Animal Man is far from hopeless. It has creepiness, sure, but also humour and heroism galore. Honestly, give it a try.

    Don't feel like spending my $'s on the tpb; and I really should cut back on my regular titles anyway.

    (And, no, I don't do digital and have no interest in them if they're not paper and I can't hold them in my hand and actually own them without going through someone any time I want to look at it.)

    Wonder Woman is a great book. I've stuck with this book since the first issue, and I think it's been solid the whole way. I keep hearing so many great things about Aquaman, but I dropped that after issue two. Maybe I'm missing something, but I definitely put WW ahead of AM. Congrats to the whole WW team for a job very well done!

    I think Aquaman's appeal may depend in part on how you feel about Geoff Johns' writing these days.

    Some people say it's his best work among the New 52 titles, but it's still Geoff Johns.
