Too many elements from too many different books not written by Bendis crossing over like this is making me nervous. Although I have to admit, I'm a fan of the concept.

Here's hoping that this time there's actually the New Avengers in their own book because if there's one thing that last issue showed, it was that just because Iron Fist is on the cover doesn't mean any of the New Avngers are gonna be in it.

I'm really starting to feel bad for this art team. I really like their work, but you couldn't pay me to read this run. And I'm a big Ironfist fan. Still I don't trust this book to do any thing big with Iron Fist........... meaning I don't expect anything to add anything truly meaningful to his character going by how this latest volume of New Avengers has been so far. Bendis will give him a nice feat, where his Ironfist is really powerful or something. I wouldn't expect more than that.


Still haven't forgotten IF losing to Wolverine.

Agreed that was the one thing that bugged me about previous issue why show a New Avenger on the cover and not have a single New Avenger in the book? Especially since it's called New Avengers lol rant over.

As for the preview I'm interested in the Leonardo Da Vinci aspect of the story at least.

But if anything THIS event is a colaborative effort. Brubraker, Fraction and Hickman are part of the core writing team, and they are the writers of this different books and elements. This stuff is better than the main series!

So is AvX but that isn't leaving me overly impressed either. It is good to know that at least the other writers might be involved though, although there has already been a couple questionable continuity issues in #25, so I'm still not sure.
