lol Gambit, Frenzy and the like aren't teachers.

There are plenty of soldiers there. Gambit, Rachel, Angel, Rogue, Frenzy. The joke about them being competent teachers has worn thin anyway.

Plus, one soldier was already used for tracking by Cap and Wolverine.

He made these decisions and now he has to live with it. I think if he tries to keep Cyclops and his team out of his institute, that would make him a hypocrite. His school was supposed to be a sanctuary and if he denies it to mutants who need it, then he's without excuse. If for no other reason, he should allow Cyclops to stay just so he can be in a place named after his wife. That alone would make this issue worth buying.

Utopia was supposed to be a sanctuary, not JGS. The school was for the kids, and Cyke ditched all of his back on Utopia.

The X Men are a paramilitary organization. Ever since issue 1 in 1963.

You talk about the dream being gone as if anything that's happening now is any different from an old guy sending teens to fight. Get a grip.

You mean one hound. The part where Rachel rubbed her belly was poignant.

wolverine, wolverine personal business is no the school business, this was something that was made clear when wolverine introduced the x-force the school, now as headmaster he made the choice to keep the school out, the school is not at war, and as long as there is someone with some sense and who still remembers Charles's dream it should stay that way.

I love how people act like Charles' dream was to have kids learning to control their powers and hang out in mamby pamby land. No! Ever read any silver age X-Men? He sent them on missions to fight Magneto at age 15 and 16!

They stayed safe there with the X Club and other adults. You'd be bitching that he "took them on the run risking their lives!!! OMG""" otherwise

X-Men history did not end and restart ten issues ago. They all still remember who they are, and at the end of the day, when Scott Summers give an order, the X-Men will follow.

The point was that JGS is not a sanctuary and they have no obligation to Cyclops, especially if there are no kids with him.

And how safe did they stay anyway? Most people on this board are outraged that they are in a prison camp now.

They had nine fun issues playing house with Wolverine. Vacation over. Time to get back to work, Martin.
