Figured I'd give a lesser known character a crack at Mewtwo.

Since I'm pretty certain I'm one of the few people on the board to know anything about Bowman, I'll give a rough overview of his feats:

- Telekinesis: Bowman is capable of lifting and moving objects and firing bolts of telekinetic force, the strongest of which are capable of shattering large boulders.
- Telepathy: Bowman is capable of linking his mind with another, communicating with it and dominating it. Accomplished telepaths in his verse note that he is exceptionally skillful and strong with this power. He also capable of pulling mind parasites out of other people quite easily.
- Flight: Bowman can fly at extremely highspeeds, capable of climbing to the level above the clouds in seconds and flying from one country to another in a matter of minutes.
- Matter manipulation: Bowman, using his "song," can influence matter to take on other properties. He can cause solids to become as soft and malleable as custard. This takes a fair amount of concentration and effort for him to pull off and can be resisted by willpower.
- Energy absorption: Bowman has a vast capacity for energy manipulation and absorption, he can pull in energy sources to enhance his strength. The highest example of him doing this was him absorbing a hurricane in and storing the energy within himself to use later.

I know he's got some pretty good durability feats but I don't have the books to hand to check them right now. I will check when I get home I will have a look and update.
