that really makes no sense unless they want people hyped for batman earlier than usual or maybe they just want there to be a few weeks apart from both batman and the batman annual

as for Batwoman i just see that as being lame just to push her title back by a whole week.....there's no reason for that and yet the fans gotta wait another wait for the ninth issue why? who knows...we may never find out

Perhaps because Amy Reeder's work on Batwoman ended kind of suddenly her replacement needed extra time getting started and since Capullo works at a steady pace they figured this was a good compromise for this month, who knows if things will go back to normal in June...

I haven't seen any actual announcement as to why they've done it, but Batman and Batwoman have indeed swapped weeks.

Same as last month, Batgirl preview seemingly coming in late. I remember last month for some reason the Batgirl #8 preview at Maxim's website did NOT come up on a google search when they posted it 2 days before going on sale, so I went directly to that site as well as another general 'net search. Nothing :(

I see that Batman: The Court of Owls HC is coming this week but will there be a trade paperback version? I haven't found anything on this and don't really want to put out the extra money for the HC version. Thanks in advance for any info!

Sooner or later there will be a paperback version, but not until the HC has been on sale for awhile. I'm thinking maybe another year.

They probably changed it so that the top 2 books don't come out on the same week. They want to spread it out.
