Guess it's time to get back on the book then? I had stop just before Shadowland began for the first time since Bendis took over. Worth reading since there, or just go back to #1-#12?

I say stick with 1-12, but I have only been reading Daredevil since the beginning of Waid's run, having never picked up a Daredevil book before that. His actions in Shadowland are addressed, but they don't seem to have a very large impact on Waid's run. (somebody who has read Shadowland please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong)
This run has been absolutely fantastic though, quality from start to finish and may actually be getting better with each issue. (in my opinion at least) You owe it to yourself to at least catch up on this run.
This is a run worth reading from the beginning on the basis of its quality. And it has several long form overarching storylines that have been developing since the first six issues. Next issue promises to be the final chapter of one of those arcs too.
Also, if you want to read the whole run remember to read the three crossover issues (ASM 677, Avenging SM 6 and Punisher 10) and 10.1. Yes, we're already up to 16 issues so far. Neat huh?

This was my favorite issue yet of the series and I've enjoyed every single one of them. Great character piece and was a satisfying read and beautiful to look at.
Gimme gimme shock treatment.
Guys, isn't it time for Waid to write something remarkable? I mean, i'm liking his Daredevil, it's fresh, it's a different way to approach the character, and it's well written, but i still have the feeling that "nothing happened yet". It's been 12 numbers already and apart from a few, I insist, well written but IMHO forgettable arcs, we've seen nothing yet. I really don't have the feeling of something big being on the background and after 12 numbers, maybe it's time to see something working out.
I don't think it will until Mark Waid leaves.
