Ultimately Off-Topic VI: Another Star Trek Reference

Rumors currently are that the cast of Marvel's The Avengers will be the team, it will be in the same universe as Ultimate Spider-Man and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H., the animation will be the main selling point of the show, it will not continue EMH, Ant-Man will join the team later, and a certain villain shown in The Avengers after credits scene will be the main bad guy.

Meh so long as Chris Yost writes it I will be happy.

@anyone whining that EMH is ENDING (not cancelled). It'll have last 52 episodes, that's usually how long animated series last. You know what also lasted 2 seasons? Super Hero Squad, a freaking fantastic show!

I'm totally dropping X-Men: Legacy when my subscription runs out. Just got 265, half the issue was spent repeating things we already knew, and at the end of the issue, we're left in the same boat as the end of the last one except Mimic's around to stay.

The Avengers star took to the Twitterverse yesterday for support. Tweeted Jackson, "#Avengers fans, NY Times critic AO Scott needs a new job! Let's help him find one! One he can ACTUALLY do!"

Jackson received a lot of encouragement from his 825,000+ followers, but a few noted that the actor's words sounded a little harsh: "The critic has a right to his opinion," tweeted @kramercapriati. "Just because the movie has made a ton of money does not mean it is a good movie." Responded Jackson, "Actually, sometimes IT DOES."

A similar tweet came from @TheFilmsNest which read, "Disappointed to hear @SamuelLJackson respond irrationally to negative review of #Avengers. People aren't entitled to their own opinion?" To which Jackson replied, "That is My Opinion! & what's irrational about it? They aren't going to fire his jaundiced ass & You & I Know It!"

I've only just started watching Avengers:EMH and I think it's pretty good. However I'm currently on episode 22 and the series is starting to grow stale IMO and I'm starting to get a little board by it so I for one would happily welcome a remake. How is season 2 of EMH? Is there improvement over the first season?

I haven't been watching it, but I agree that did did start getting boring late season one, but I haven't watched it in forever so my opinion may have changed.

So based on how the film ended I guess that Thor 2 will have Loki paying for his crimes, Thor having to get back to Earth and find Jane, but who will the bad guy be? I know Hemsworth want Beta Ray Bill, which would be awesome! Captain America 2 will have Steve adapting to the modern world, working with S.H.I.E.L.D, and, based on events from the first film, Winter Soldier? Iron Man 3 will be Pepper and Tony, POSSIBLY Banner, and is based off of the Extremist arc. Marvel also has Ant-Man and one unnamed film, which could be Ant-Man, but I hope it's a cosmic film, I really want them to show DC how it's done! If it's not it's probably a S.H.I.E.L.D film.

With the tags, it's easier to pass them up. With them gone, my eyes pick up certain words when scrolling down past it.
