Not being used? New campus for the team. Iron Man uses this tech. He did within the last month. He and Pym are buddies. Can't imagine, with their huge Avengers history, not having a tech like this available. I'm sure the levels are adjustable quite easily like most tech nowadays. Login. Click on the program, use your password. Settings one through ten, pick one click. Why throw it away when done? They wouldn't.

They do not have any extra strong telepaths on the team right now. Anyone reading or writing a comic would consider this.;-)

I really don't think it is, however. But we shall see in upcoming issues; more than we already have in the previews with Shaw beating the heck out of Madison, anyway.

Why did they stick Shaw with the kids anyway? Of all of the people I'd expect to be in prison it's him.

I'm kind of wondering about that myself. He's part of Hope's team, and they probably don't trust him, so that may be why he was sent out of the fighting. Plus, they probably don't want him in Namor's sight.

Aha, you've not read Generation Hope, have you? Short version; Emma mindwiped Shaw, dumped him in Pakistan / Afghanistan, the then naive Shaw got taken advantage of by evil people, but he showed up as a Light. Hope brought him in, not knowing who he was. He did not know himself, but Hope let him read his X-file. He defaulted to Hope's team, and presumably didn't fight on Utopia.

Why thank you, Custodes, but only following your lead. Hope and her crew certainly were portrayed better in Schism, than Wolverine and Cyclops. And that might be the case here too, as it is about students. However, I would like to believe that it is indeed, Cykes' plan along.
    Well, great minds think alike.

Avengers Acadamy has been a wonderful book on its' own and now when involved with what can sometimes be an annoyingly long crossover. Christos has made sure his book remains focused and relevant as well as interesting. Sometimes these peripheral books can be overlooked and be just a fistfight with no story. This is moving the story and helping the Marvel Universe grow as well. Not a pleasant first meeting for these kids. I guess a (non-naked) Olympics is out.

The two non-kids images show Madison tracking down Shaw, and Shaw beating the crap out of him, with quite a look on his face.

Personally, I've found some of the side event books to be better than the event itself. I suspect this will be the case with Avengers Academy also. While it's annoying for me, I'm glad to hear my LCBS sold out.

Nor Emma be seen by him. If the memory comes back. Lots of things on Cykes' mind though. The ending, was a surprise to me. I never thought he would be relevant in the middle of this storyline. Rush to clean this plot thread up? Bodes badly, for Hope.

At this point I don't think that anything bodes well for Hope.

Well mind wiping the guy isn't the worst of ideas. Kind of interesting that he and Tony have the same defense about some of the stuff that they did "I don't remember".

Great pics released. I have no trouble following Toms' art (unlike other supposedly 90s style DC "Culling" nameless art ones).

So, I see no Tea Party at the ol' AA next issue.

Good, if that is a new trend, with creators who fight for their books over mass monstrosities, I approve.

    Ouch....LCBS? Beating myself, right now.

Considering all the sybernetic advances in technology in our own universe it seems rather pathetic that noone has hooked Martha up to a rudimentary camera system. if we've nearly got the technology and already use it on lab mice it's a damn shame if pym doesn't try to do this when informed of Martha's condition. I'm personally guessing this might be a feature of her new shiar upgrades. No more being unable to navigate without using others as a seeing eye dog for Martha.
The cuckoos didn't speak as one so I personally think the dampeners may be causing to to suffer from some sensory deprivation.

Interesting. I see they ARE keeping Crosta from the water.

IF it's a Cyke plan, I'm betting it's Shaw that didn't get told. But that's a big IF. It's probably a better story if it's the students waking up and dealing with this conflict in their own fashion. But I do hope we get SOME explanation of the Utopians getting abandoned.

Yes. I'm wondering about that too. But then again, I thought bringing Shaw back was ... troublesome anyway.
