After eight years, Todd Mcfarlane is finally out of bankruptcy, having spent $2.2 million, half of which was part of the Neil Gaiman settlement.
Good news, even if it reduces the chances of a financially motivated return to Spider-Man.

I am sure that he would love to work on a Spider-Man vs Venom project that takes place from where ASM #317 left off with someone else doning the Venom symbiote, Like Cain Marko. Another Spidey project that Todd Mcfarlane and Ed Brubaker could do together is a sequel to The Assassination Plot that would have him team-up with The Black Widow. Stephen Wacker make this happen for all of us. Please!!!![]()

There was an old podcast interview from Comiczone Radio (or something) where he explained that he enjoyed it, but used the analogy of his run on Spidey as being in high school, and his Image/Spawn stuff as college and beyond.
They were fun, a blast and something he'll always remember, but you can't go back to high school again.
Meh. Head back to "high school" (Marvel) to give a "speech" (one-shot or cover).
I bet he is bummed out he bought that baseball.
