This was pretty hilarious. Spider-Man watches as Logan heals and let's him know that Cyclops has surrendered. Wolverine knows something is wrong. Iron Man and Captain America argue about what to do with the X-Men. Iron Man tells Captain America that it's insane to try to jail the X-Men. He brings up Civil War. Dr. Strange comes back from Limbo holding a knocked out Magik. It turns out that Dr. Strange is really Magik, who has captured Dr. Strange and switched their appearances. She teleports the x-Men away. Danger makes a fool of Namor, and Storm laughs. They need a cerebra but the only one they can get to is at Jean Grey's Academy for Special Children. They need to find a traitor on Wolverine's team. Who the traitor turns out to be is fantastic. JUST FANTASTIC. And I know it SHOULD stop some people from bitching, but I also know it won't. Hope is building herself a metallic arm. Wolverine and Captain America have the brutal fight promised in the previews. Someone gets thrown out of the plane.
With few characters per panel, Romita's art gets to shine again. Brubaker does a fine job writing these characters, and definitely includes a pet favorite this issue to great effect. A step up from previous issues. So far, Brubaker has been the finest writer on this crossover. Time for some architects to step down.

Also, it's off. She just feeds Scott the same info she's given Logan & Cap, and tells him to get a move on.
