Doubtful. That was done before (and done well IMO) in the "Identity Crisis" arc, one of the better Howard Mackie-era stories.

Maybe Peter Parker will get a new identity that would be revealed to be Spider-Man secret id,thus taking off Peter shoulders the bourden of his secret being revealed.

I could see Flash take over for a while but honestly I rather they leave Peter where he is and just focus more on other characters for a while. Like center a story around Black Cat and have Spidey tag along instead of being the other way around
