I never understood Poison Ivy. She views people that hurt plants on par with murderers...But is a vegetarian?

Wouldn't she be a strict meat eater?...The opposite of a vegetarian?

She is sooo militant toward the eco system...Then eats vegtables?

Perhaps the 90s animated skewed my perspective, but Harley Quinn, IMO, is one of the best creations DC has come up with in a long time.
While obviously a Joker "sidekick", she carries her own personality and flair that's as the 80's song put it "Simply Irresistible"

She's anti-pollution, and against chemicals and deforestation. Making fruit is part of being a plant. The fruit isn't alive, anyway. It's just bit of the plant that would fall off if not picked. It's the ovary of the flower. The seeds are like those fetuses that are early enough to abort. She probably plants some of them, too. Most fruit has a lot of seeds. They don't all work out.
