Or what about in the very first appearance of Batman in TDK? Notice where the Chechen and his goons are looking when the fake Batmen appear. Notice that when the fake Batman fires a shot, the glass in the car door BEHIND the Chechen and his goons shatters. So what, are these magic shotgun shells that travel through organic material and hit cars behind them? An example of poor editing and spatial awareness in an action scene.
Also the magic disappearing cars in the chase scene. But all films have little things like that.
And i think Nolan's scrict adherence to shooting with the IMAX camera makes it impossible to do nice tracking shots. Using those big and bulky cameras takes away manoeuvrability. Notice most of his shots are static. He rarely uses steady cam/tracking shots. Which yes is all down to personal preference, but i really like those kinds of shots.
