Statistically false. In fact, there have been studies that suggest wearing more entices more (not suggesting anyone "asks for it"). The idea: the perception of the predator is that easy preys tend to be more submissive/passive and they tend to cover up more, so the sicko pervert is more likely to choose them. And of course, most rapes are done by friends or family in the home of the victim, so...

Here's the thing.

Your posts can typically be viewed in one of two ways.

1. You honestly don't know how bad your posts come off or
2. You know how bad your posts come off and you're doing it to be intentionally provocative.

We've been willing to put up with you because there's really no realistic way of differentiating #1 from #2 to enough of a certainty that I (or any other mod, really) was comfortable saying that it was definitely #2.

However, in this case, either case really justifies a banning.

Either...

A. You honestly believe such an extremely insensitive thing, in which case I'm banning you or (and I believe this is more likely)....
B. You don't believe it but felt that saying it would get a reaction, in which case I'm banning you.

So....well....you know where I'm heading here.
