I LOVE Dillon's Punisher work. It's perfect for the character.
Not so much for Hulk, however.

Hulk and Banner are separate beings now, so I don't think the Hulk will turn into him. But what is the Hulk without his anger? I mean, I feel there were moments in the first arc where Hulk wasn't very angry. Like when he was "at peace" with the Moloids.
I'm of two minds with Steve Dillon's art. Yeah, all his men look the same with their identical noses and drawn upper-lips but I liked his Preacher and Punisher stuff anyway. When he works on other characters they looked deformed to me.
Palo's Hulk adventures looks awesome.
