Not a whole lot outside of the covers and the first double-page spread. I am curious to see what this story is and how it'll relate to the rest of Morrison's tale, though.

You're pretty quick on the draw DarkKngtJared! Thanks for the preview.
I cannot wait for Wednesday.
I don't know how an alternate reality one and done would relate to anything else Morrison is doing...it's just a filler.
Pull-list: Action Comics, Batman, The Flash, Superman, Superman Unchained, Batman/Superman, Astro City
It's about President Superman fighting the universe hopping Super-Doom. At the very least the issue is being used to introduce that future threat, and it may touch on other stuff that Morrison will be running with. I wouldn't be surprised to see the little man there (is Teetotal the name he's going by right now I'm not sure?)
"Never-ending battle for Truth, justice, liberty and equality".
I liked how that sound.
But were exactly this Superman could have landed?

A black president Superman? Is DC trying for some federal tax dodge? This just seems like just so much buttkissing to me... But I'll still buy it and probably enjoy it too, so what the hell do I know? :p
Batman 666, a one off issue set in an alternate future, is one of the most important issues in Morrison's Batman run. It shows us, years before it happens in the comics, that there would be two Batmen, it sets up Bruce's absence, Damian becoming Robin, Dick becoming Batman, and many of the villains from that story appear in Batman and Robin. It'll relate
Don't worry.

We are the X-men, and we stand together
Yeah like Time Warner needs to worry about taxes.
Am I the only one disappointed about this Superman's origin? It's just a black version of Clark's origin using the same names (Jorel, Lara, Kalel). You'd think they'd come up with original names for the Black Kryptonians.
Hmmmmm.... interesting.
So is President Superman wearing trunks on the alternative cover? Or is it a cleverly placed shadow.
