Who is the Best Marvel Movie Villain

I would have went with Toad personally, i felt he was such an improved version on the character.. though enjoyed Molina's Doc Ock also.

It is the Abomination for me. Tim Roth owned that film. The title should be changed from The Incredible Hulk to The Incredible Performance of one Tim Roth. :P

I usually detest Hollywood makeovers of superheroes, but the Abomination was a transformation I throughly enjoy - almost to the point of seeing that rendition introduced into the '616'.

I think movies about Marvel characters should count.. I'm not concerned about who owns the rights, let's vote on them all. I think for now it's Kevin Bacon in First Class, but I'm hoping for an awesome Lizard performance in Amazing Spider-Man. If Lizard is done well he's a prefect villain

For me, it's Jeff Bridges in IM. Every time I see Iron Man I am in awe at how the slow, serpent reveal of Obediah Stain's villainous side comes to light. I've been a fan of Bridges since I was really young, but he really knocked it out of the park.

2nd spot: Magneto: Michael Fassbender and Ian McKellen are beyond great in this part. Mags is a tragic villain and one whose villainy you can certainly understand.

3rd: Tom Hiddleston. Very Shakespearian and very well done, but delightfully over-the-top when he has to be.

Ah yes, Stephen Dorf. He was great in Blade.

I can't wait to see someone really capture Doctor Doom in all his third person, armored magical-scientific glory. I might not be a major FF fan but I enjoy Doom. And he is a villain that needs to be done the right way.

That is a great list with some great names (and a few great ones missing) but, I can not choose.

Fassbender's Magneto for me. Incredible performance.

Runners up would go to Jeff Bridges' Stane and Tim Roth's Blonsky. I felt both of those guys really made for menacing threats to Iron Man and Hulk, respectively. And they offered some pretty cool visuals for fight scenes, for sure.

Fassbender had the hardest role. he had to be the villain, mildly sympathetic, and one of the leads. i loved Hiddleston's Loki. but it was pretty straightforward. he was playing the jealous sibling. Jeff Bridge's Stane was entertaining (as was Bacon's Shaw). and it was a great departure from his usual character portrayals. but, again, he was just straight up playing a weasel. Fassbender wasn't playing a liar. he was playing a tragedy in the making.

plus there was nothing cooler than that scene in the south american bar.

This. Julian Mcmahon was badly miscast as Doom. It was such a weak effort.

both magneto's are the best villains. Loki comes in a nice third place. The green goblin place 4 and sabretooth, liev schreiber. place 5 and sandman place 6.
Honourable mention goes out to Juggernaut... That line he says in x-men the last stand is just priceless:

Either Sir Ian McKellan's Magneto in the various X-men movies; or Tom Hiddleston's Loki in Thor (2011) NOT the Avengers (2012). He was mistreated there.

Red Skull, obviously. We're looking for a villain here, not a down-trodden misfit like the rest of the choices. Herr Skull owned the Captain America movie hard and has no redeeming qualities what so ever. I'd love him if he weren't a Nazi science monster.
