Never saw RE3 and 4 (RE2 effectively killed it for me), but didn't she have some TK of sorts? I remember she killed some dudes just by looking into the camera. What's going to stop her from doing that to Selene?

In the third one the TK'd a wall of flame heading for some survivors and used it to kill some, Zombie-Crows. It knocked her out though. And in the Fourth one she lost all of her powers, because Wesker cured her.

At the beginning of the 4th one, though, she's firing off psychic blast waves pretty easily, though. If we go with that version, I'd say she takes it. Even "human" Alice was still pulling off some super stunts at times, but I guess Selene takes it anyway.
