To paint comic books as childish and illiterate is lazy. A lot of comic books are very literate - unlike most films.
In an alternate universe my parents are Johnny Cash & Lita Ford.
Bart from the comics is the biggest threat here, at present he is far faster than anything animated young justice has ever encountered, while im sure he probably couldn't physically hurt Superboy without hurting himself probably (does his superspeed allow him to hit dense/durable objects without harming himself?) however he could definitely push him about and keep him off balance while still soloing the rest of Young Justice... if not for Kid Flash comics version, Young Justice would probably overwhelm the Teen Titans with their superior numbers, and more versatile members.
Rogue and Bishop's daughter would be called Discharge, and she'd touch people and drain all or some of their bioelectrical energy out of them causing them to either die or fall unconscious. She could then use this energy to extend her own life, heal herself, enhance her physical abilities (speed, strength, stamina,) or discharge it as various energy beams.
Nu-Superboy Tk's the crap outta The Team, he's been making craters for far.

Nu superboy can be caught flat footed with his powers off or at a low level (not PIS). They still need to be activated for him to soak anything of a decent level. Still, there were times when the powers juts kicked in subconsciously when he was in trouble so I'm not sure.
Nothing tried is worse than nothing gained.
He's an odd one. His power seem to be specially made so he can be challenged by people weaker than he, provided the right conditions are met. Not a bad choice from an outside the comic perspective.
For high end feats, when his powers went berserk he created a mile deep crater. When in control he got struck by a subway and punched by Supergirl (he remarks that had he not stopped himself he would have likely gone out into space). But for all of those, he has equally low showings.
"I am Shishihime Ikiho! The legendary hero who has lived 5000 years!"
"That's right, and I am a high schooler who couldn't live alone even for a second... and is as cool as the devil himself."
