I feel bad saying that cause he's a minority gay character, which doesn't seem to happen too often in comics, and I appreciate the diversity he brings to the table, but still... hate him. He's a whiny, annoying damsel in distress! So far, he's stalked Northstar, whined about the scene he witnessed after stalking Northstar, whined about being flown home, *and* he can't even clean the house! I mean, what is he good for? >:/

Also, he's standing in the way of a potential Northstar + Iceman relationship, so that means he really needs to die asap.

His relationship with Northstar has close to negative pts in appeal, but that applies to 99% of canonical romantic relationship in most of the comics I read. At least they have diversity going for them.

As a straight male (I assume); do you love every straight couple in Marvel? Do all black readers love every black couple in media? Don't be silly; that's not how it works. It's not "ulterior motives" at play, but just plain honesty. It has nothing to do with Kyle's race, it has everything to do with whether he is a) likeable as a person and b) likeable in the couple. The sad fact is, NEITHER seems to be the case. Maybe gay fans want the first gay marriage at Marvel to be between a pair of males who are actually BELIEVABLE as a couple, and not immensely unlikeable? Just a thought.

That's pretty homophobic; assuming most gay readers can't handle a monogamous relationship; because "gays sleep around." Is your understand of gay men just a cliché stereotype? I'm gay. I've never once cheated. And I've been in monogamous relationships far longer than Kyle/Northstar. BOOM!
