She debuted in recent Punisher series written by Greg Rucka. Her character is showcased in the Omega Effect crossover, which I highly recommend. Check out Avenging Spidey 6 and Punisher 10 to complete the fast paced, character driven story.

Come next year Marvel is going to be able to do comic feature all girl versions of male heroes.

Last I heard of Lynn Michaels, she and Payback had left together. Have they appeared since Punisher's solo titles were cqncelled in the '90s?
We've been saying for awhile now that the current Punisher series with Greg Rucka has been overlooked, dismissed or both. It takes this crossover for people to finally sit up and take notice. I guess for the first time in a long time a crossover has actually accomplished what it should.

This series is awesome. I've been reading Punisher for twenty some odd years and own every Punisher comic. Trust me when I say the regular MU version of Punisher has never been written this well. It's simply awesome.
And for those talking about Frank's death, there's only one in my mind. The recent Max series was the perfect ending for Frank. He can't go out any other way than that. Fury nailed it.
