Gotta Batgirl was good (unlike her comic)

Loved Nightwings armour.

Good to actually see TIM and know its TIM in a DC ongoing cartoon since BTAS.

All in all the more Bat-fam the better

yeah, Nightwing was a little high pitched. But it was good. I missed a couple of minutes in the beginning, so I missed the five years later thing...explains things.

I was hoping Jessie made his voice intentionally higher in the first season so robin would sound like a kid, than this season he would use his real voice

Im still unsure the timeskip was a good idea, but i generally like tim's portrayal on the show.

Batgirl, I'm more ambivalent as there was nothing that stood out with the character other than she seems rather reserved.

As opposed to reserved I would say highly competent in terms of being a professional and keeping her mind on the job at hand. Remember we are seeing her as Batgirl in this episode, not downtime Barbara.

I could tell that Jesse was trying to sound a bit more deeper but ultimately he did not do that well of a job. Hopefully he improves.

Babs as Batgirl continues the long standing tradition of being better then her comic book counterpart.

Glad that Tim is Robin here, but it's yet to be seen how well he'll be portrayed. Dick as Robin felt a lot like Tim to me so Tim here comes off a little Dickish.

It seems to me that DC/WB really dropped the ball in terms of not having a commercial for Nightwing (Dick), Teen Titans (Tim), or Batgirl (Babs) comics. And by extension even JL and JLD. If DC/WB were smart they should give out codes on a commercial to get a free limited time pass to access digital issues of the comics I just described.

Batgirl was fun which like the Super BFFs, was something I was not used to. Interesting developments with Tim being the new Robin. I wonder if he's the second Robin like in the old Batman cartoon or if Jason was ever around prior to that.

I would say that Tim is probably the second Robin here but with Dick's "Try not to die" line he might have been referencing Jason Todd. I wonder if it would be possible to mesh UTRH into YJ continuity...

I just dont like the fact that the writers basically said: 'Whelp all those characters you knew from season 1 have grown up. Here are 8 new characters! Enjoy!'
