The first thing I thought was, "Huh. Stark's satellites transfer energy faster than the speed of light?" since it takes between 35 and 52 minutes for light to reach Earth. My suspension of disbelief takes another savage beating.

If you expect any more accurate science from a big two comic than that required to spell the words, you will be disappointed.

So.......Magneto can sense the destruction of planets a galaxy away?......really?.....really?

Suspension of desbeliev is essential when reading comic books about super heroes.

Plus,Magneto could sense magnetic rays from Earth while traped in another planet which was in another galaxy waay back in Avengers v1 #48 as well.

It not a big deal, but dumb things become -no less dumb when they are repeated

I would say that a suspension of desbeliev is essential reading a comic book.
Because waaay back in the first volume of Avengers (Issue 48),Magneto senses magnetic rays coming from earth while being traped in another planet in another galaxy.So since that is really not lazy storytelling or whatever i dont see how the scene from AV vs#1 which is very similiar can be a poor comic book scene.
