Can someone explain who the People are too me?

Either I read the older issues too fast and missed something or I just don't know because I am new to the Ultimate universe.

Who the heck are the People exactly and how the hell is that one dude so powerful he made a black hole? Is he a mutant or what? Wowzers. Is that kind of power typical in the Ultimate universe or is that an exception? There seems to be a TON more people in this Universe who are just straght up BOSSES... I mean slaughtering all fo asgardt hat easy?

Thanks for the help. Really enjoying 2/3 ultimate books, I just still dont' understand who everyone is.

A race of Mutant like Super Soldiers China Created to compete with the usa, they nammed them selves the People and over thru the entirety of the Chinease Government (this happened in Ultimate Comics Hawkeye witch came out about the same time as the first issues of Ultimates) they are sperated by 2 groups led by 2 brothers Zorn and Xorn they live in what they call Tian now
they wish to be at peace, they sent a message across the world that all mutants are wolcome there and any normal person who wishes to become more than they are is also welcome to come and become a member of there race (they have a alomost Infinity supply of ther Source Serum that created there powers)

Actually it wasn't China. China is still around in the ultimate universe. It's a group of countries composed of South East Asain republics hence the term SEAR. But they got overthrown by Tian.

Really? Well they are TWIN cities, could one be Tu'an and the other be Ti'an? It's less confusing than Zorn and Xorn.

Tian is the name of the former SEAR; the twin cities are called the Celestial City and the Eternal City. Tu'an simply changed it's name to Tian from one book to the next. I've chalked it up to writer error / writer-changing-his-mind... Sort of like how in Lana's first appearance she was named Lori, but then Bendis later changed her name to Lana and named the mother Lori

No, currently it seems like Xorn and Zorn are the only ones which are that powerful.

It seems like the rest (from what we've seen) have energy projection like powers or psychic armor or other forms of telepathy and telekinesis. Zorn and Xorn are the most powerful.

Actually, although the two groups are named after the Eternals and the Celestials they seem more in line with a even more massive version of the Inhumans, minus the royal family.
