Becasue they know that planets being destroyed is part of what need to happen for the universe to work. thesame reason reed save Glacatus. Would destroying mean a real net good? With great power come great responsibility REALLY applies to Franlklin and messing with the basic properties of the Universe is risky

AvX could have ended in zero issues... just make the Phoenix Force appear at Earth for Hope rather than smashing through planets on the way. Like the Phoenix is too good to veer around planets... someone pass me my cosmic fire extinguisher, I'll stop it.
