Um... this just seems awkward as hell. After all the fighting, Bishop madness, and sentinel attacks someone else wants to kill her? And it is Wolverine? Was there outrage over this? Obviously Cap doesn't want this option, but it kills me that after the Bishop madness Wolverine isn't getting flamed. He's willing to kill hope over a possibility too! In fact it seems to be the same possibility of her freaking out and killing tons of people if not the planet! I guess killing a 16 year old girl is better than the same person when they are a baby.
In advance I know the, "But Bishop destroyed alternate reality planets to try and kill her" argument will arise. But that's not what I'm arguing, because yeah, that was awful. It is just that Wolverine is doing the same thing (hell, even after he's dedicated himself to protecting children) and I'm sure the character is not going to be blasted over it. Kinda the same way Cable get a pass on attacking the Avengers for a possible future, which was the same angle Bishop took... I guess he gets a pass on the "cool guns" part...
