It's hard to say, maybe he just got some other vamps who were on his side. The one guy who said he knew the person who wrote the vampire bible is likewise pretty old if he was alive when it was written. Or it could just be they tried to make it so power doesn't always play a larger part in their political dealings. Still weird though.Yeah theres something about her thats kinda shady. Still I do wonder for a vampire thats as old as she claims why isn't she taking the leadership position among The Authority while a younger vamp like Guardian has?
Oh I'm sure Arleen will resent him, at least until she see's proof of the ifrit herself. I think that's how the story will play out: Arleen thinks Terry has just gone off his meds until eventually she encounters the ifrit too.Sure one could see it that way but to the kids that Arleen had to explain Terry's leaving to, and Arleen possible, Terry had ditched them. Yes Terry's heart is in the right place but I can imagine some resentment from Arleen and the kids for him leaving them like that
