I never disliked his character before, but he just can't go back to how he used to be(either when he was good or evil). After he turned truly evil in this season and then turned good again it's like he was somewhat walking on eggshells for the rest of the season trying to get Elena back. I basically don't want to see him getting all depressed if it turns out she feels a stronger connection to Damon because his blood turned her or something like that.(At the same time I don't want anything like her developing a friggin sire bond to Damon either)
The thing is who is suitable for Elena? Matt's a good kid but when compared to the other competition he's boring. Also Elena sees him more of a brother type than boyfriend material recently. You'd have to have someone that's just as cool as Damon and Stefan but not unstable that could be suitable boyfriend material for her. It's like in True Blood we could give Sookie someone else other than Bill or Eric, just Eric given how things are going now. But theres nobody to rival them. They tried with Alcied, whose stable enough but the poor guy was written as a pretty pathetic character. Fortunatly things are turning around for him and i hope Alcide is written properly this time

Well that is the thing, Matt *is* suitable for Elena, but that will never happen. Just like in most vampire romance there is a completely human guy who would be best for Elena, but she won't ever see it. For me I would think why not just have her be single? She doesn't need to have a boyfriend. She doesn't need to be one of those girls who is always with someone or always looking to be with someone. Whenever her and Stefan haven't been together it's been her trying to save him and get back with him. This is why I hope that if 2-3 seasons down the line the show is still on the air Matt doesn't decide to get with Elena. She dropped him like a bad habit just to get with the exciting new guy so I don't want to see him with her and yet I don't want some new human guy with her either. Since I doubt we will ever see her single for long I'd just say be with Stefan..just with no Damon "do I love him?" drama. I'd rather see her begin dating Klaus in Tyler's body instead of being in a love triangle with Stefan and Damon.

To go back to True Blood though, unfortunately the next season will only have 10 episodes instead of 12.

I've asked myself that same question concerning Sookie.

I loved Sookie being single this season, and especially loved the story not focusing on her. It was like she was a supporting character this year more than anything and I think it helped with my love for this season. And I'm saying that as someone who's never bothered by the character, I actually quite like her (despite dumb moments here and there).

I think it's showing that without constantly depending on Bill or Eric that Sookie is growing into a more competent character so thats a good sign when it comes to seperating herself from Bill and Eric

Heh, thing is, her romances never bothered me (except for her being angry at Bill and shacking up with Sam in Season One). Her "LOVE" for Eric last season was also really random and weird most of last season, but overall the romance aspects of her story lines never bugged me too much. But it truly was refreshing not having it this season.

Apparently it's partly because of money, but mostly because Sookie is pregnant in real life..pregnant by Bill.

It does suck, while I certainly understand her wanting or needing some time off to give birth and be with her new children..I also think at this point the series could do at least 2 Sookie-less episodes. They have more then enough characters to fall back on. Or at the very least I could see 1 Sookie-less episode pulled off.

This could be a blessing in disguise though since it might force them to cut out some unnecessary storylines that otherwise wouldn't of been cut, so we won't so many different plot points going on at once.

I have seen all the movies of this series. Now i'm looking for the next movie of this series that must be going to release this year. As about true blood i'm watching it regularly. But currently i'm watching a new show Teen wolf. Which is also really nice show to watch.....

Serious question: What do you like about Twilight? I will admit I've read all the Twilight books. Ok well..not cover to cover as I sort of skipped a lot of the "boring" parts. Out of all the books I only liked the last one..and even then I only liked the part from Jacobs point of view. You might ask "why read all the books then?" well I had a lot of free time on my hands and I was curious what the fuss was about..but I've never actually asked a guy(I'm assuming you are male from your username) that genuinely enjoyed the series for the reasons why.

Yeah to be honest the sparkling never bothered me too much. Ok sure it is quite silly..but luckily it is something we rarely see happen since they usually stay out of the sunlight.

What bugged me is how they hyped up how out of control Bella would be as a vampire and then when she becomes one she..isn't anywhere near as out of control as they described. Sure she had some moments, but that's about it. I also have to wonder how girls can actually like her character given the way she seemed to consistently lead Jacob on.

I never seen the big deal about the sparkling either. Especially as I've seen other ridiculous portrayals of vampires and the sparkling is just the latest addition. What does bother me about the series is how Bella is portrayed, whom if looking at it comes off as a villain protagonist than someone that teen girls should idolize. There is also the way they handled certain subject matters
