Bio: In Story.
Powers: Intoxication Aura: The power to create a green aura around himself that slowly spreads outwards. Anyone the aura comes into contact with ends up intoxicated. That is, drunk off their butts. He is even able to project the aura as a beam-like attack. This makes attacking him difficult. On the bright side, he's not good at fighting close up. A side effect of his powers is that he can never get drunk no matter what, nor will he ever suffer any damage to his body from excessive drinking, a fact that he has to his advantage to win drinking contests in the past.
Just an idea I had for a funny villain.
