Next, the adults.

Doctor Nemesis: She's evil, she knows it, she embraces it but is still a scientist. The woman has come close to conquering the world several times and despite constant failures, she keeps coming. She keeps trying to take over the world. Nemesis does seem to be a bit of a snob given that she looks down on the "C-List" villains of the world but Insidious will change that. Nemesis also has a callous lack of empathy with how she did not care on lick about the people of Venice, only about the alien's power. Nemesis does care about her henchmen though. She's clever as well, figuring out the alien's plan in separating the heroes despite having little information and being able to figure people out with a glance. Hell, she's even figured out Captain Justice's name and sold weapons under it, that's just genius and dickish all in one. All in all an excellent villainess.
Doctor Insidious: A nicer version of Doctor Nemesis, she's a lot of fun and she cares about her daughter Eve. Insidious has assembled herself an excellent team of badasses, two of which can even go head-to-head with the Harbinger and the rest are very loyal already. Her big damn heroes moment was excellent and saved the heroes, so they owe her one and I like her rivalry with Power Woman.
Paladia: SCIENCE! Okay, we don't have much to go on with her yet but she does seem to be having fun with science and I like her daughter already. She also deserves props for figuring out what happened to Lightspeed after the fact AND that it was him.
Ace, the Labyrinth One: He's a cool villain, his fight with the heroes is memorable, I like his relationships with Agent Zero and Doctor Nemesis. The fact that he went all the way into space to save Trigger.
Captain Justice: He's Superman. A superhero since he was a kid, Captain Justice grew up to be one of the greatest heroes on the planet. He's a leader and a friend with a smile on his face, which creeped out even Agent Nemo, which was funny. He was also the first on the scene to help rebuild Venice and was soon joined by the others. I also love his relationship with Power Woman and you get the feeling that they really are close.
Morpha: Morpha is a lot of fun to RP as, you can do so much with her shapeshifting powers and she can even be in multiple places at once. She even showed her education with coming up a plan to fight the Harbinger if another one showed up .

Powers: Intoxication Aura: The power to create a green aura around himself that slowly spreads outwards. Anyone the aura comes into contact with ends up intoxicated. That is, drunk off their butts. He is even able to project the aura as a beam-like attack. This makes attacking him difficult. On the bright side, he's not good at fighting close up.
