Fastlane: Okay this is probably cheating, but let's face it, he's a badass. He uses his super speed competently, thus avoiding the usual speedster PIS and he knows how to play to a crowd. His fight with the Blur was his true test and while the event horrified him, he still fought and won, even putting his nemesis in a coma. While he did temporarily give up the costume afterwords, it took a lot of trauma all at once for him to do that and he still came back and saved the day when someone really needed him and won without throwing a punch, complete with assuring the jock of ways to better himself and a vow to never quit again. His relationship with Eliza is nice too and his parents are great. Teaming up with Shining Angel to stop Shade was great, but the true test was defending Blur. Despite his hate for him, Fastlane couldn't bring himself to let someone die and stopped Shade and he and Angel got him some help. A true hero if there ever was one.

on Fastlane, this is the fun part about him and it's not how is the foe gonna be a threat if they're not a speedster but how creative will he have to get to beat them or they have truly esoteric powers


sort of like how Ultra Girl doesn't necessarily overpower every villain she encounters, and instead uses htings to outwit them

and there is another one called Gravious Academy by BLH but it's uhh a biiiiiiiiit overrun because it has like 3,000 students who are hybrids and aliens

A super strong moron, he's the usual dumb muscle who has a tendency to go on a rampage whenever the urge strikes him, killing any in his way. He killed his own family members with a group hug due to being unable to control his massive strength. The only family he has left his Boyd, a cannibalistic monster who has a similar level of strength to him.They've been wandering around aimlessly, picking off people in secret, well as secretive as they can be, until they ran afoul of Morpha, who easily defeated them both. They were confined to separate mental asylum's for years before Randal finally managed to break free one day. He is now wandering once more, searching for his brother, the only person he cares about.

Randal's monstrous brother, Boyd is a hulking brute, essentially a cross between Killer Croc and Leatherface and standing at 8 feet tall and weighing several hundred pounds, he's a monster in every sense of the word. Abused for years by his own family, he was treated like a sideshow attraction and an attack dog. The only one showing him sympathy was Randal and it wasn't until Randal killed his family that he was able to escape. He ate the bodies and the two left their home town, hoping to find a place for them. At one point, they tried joining up with Doctor Nemesis, only for her to laugh in their faces before leaving. Boyd made the mistake of trying to attack her in anger and they were beaten down by her android bodyguard. Moving on, they eventually ran into Morpha, who was out shopping with Marnie. They were beaten down and finally arrested and sentenced to life at separate mental asylum's. Boyd is currently on heavy medication and locked up tight.

I was thinking of someone that has no history with anybody. That way the teen heroes could have their own enemies and the villains would be threatening to them. Especially after taking a few levels. For instance Quantum works because like Ultra Girl she's new and a bit of an upstart. It wasn't till Ultra Girl that Quantum made her presence known. Given her fight with Ultra Girl we would see Quantum being set up as a legit villain for all the teen heroes in Exodus down the road.

idk if Legato caught this but the dark falcon incident with the plunger agent nemo refers to is from his rookie days when a fellow agent messed with Dark Falcon's gear she had in the Justice Legion base, and was beaten to the point he had a plunger placed on his butt and stripped of his suit and gear
