As a random note, I just felt like noting that Mister Phenomenal's energy absorption is essentially automatic, so he's constantly powered up.

This is Sir Razorweb. A Spiderman-Walter Dornez fusion on crack. He's an ex-assassin and a former enemy of Morpha and was always irritated that he just couldn't kill her. No matter how many times he sliced her up, she just came right back together. The two battled each other several times, with Razorweb on the losing end each time. He didn't have much luck against her comrades either: He couldn't hurt Captain Justice, Power Woman, Clock Man or Phenomenal, Cleric stopped everything with her magic and Omega just TKed him around. Eventually he got tired of getting beaten like a rag doll all the time and gave up his assassin life style, willingly going to prison. After spending time in the Pin, he was offered a job with the government. Razorweb now works with them, though he has a shorter leash then the others.

Affiliation: Supervillain. Member of Team Insidious.
Bio: A towering thug, Teddy enjoys the life of a super villain. He was born to a health nut family which was fine up until his meta powers kicked in and ballooned him up suddenly. He and his family did everything they could but nothing worked, even to the point of practically starving himself. It didn't do anything and he found he had to eat constantly. His family mostly ignored him. Life at school was even harder given what he had endure from his school mates and teachers. While he did his best to ignore hit all, his anger and resentment slowly grew, eventually culminating him accidentally finding his super strength when grabbed a lunch table and smacked a kid with it, launching him across the cafeteria and accidentally killing him. Teddy ran for it, crashing through a wall and going on the run. He was eventually caught by the police after a short fight and sentenced. Juvenile Hall was even worse for him and he fell in with a bad crowd just to get some acceptance. When their chance came, they broke out and went on the run, with Doughboy splitting off from the group. He tracked down the family of the kid he had killed and apologized to them on their doorstep before leaving. He broke into his house and took most of the food before hugging his brother goodbye and going on the run again.
Adopting the name Doughboy, he did some henchwork for criminals that would hire him, one of which led him to running into a younger Power Woman. He hit on her, she refused, he tried again, she refused, they fought, rinse and repeat for each encounter. While Teddy was strong and surprisingly good with his powers, at one point trapping her in his fat completely, the better trained, smarter and more powerful Power Woman would always prevail. After several fights with superheroes, losing each time, he eventually decided to take a break from being a villain and spent a few days hanging out at a library, trying to educate himself for all the years of school he missed. He did an adequate job of it but some stuff he just didn't grasp.
Due to having difficulty getting henchwork, he eventually found his calling in underground metahuman fights where he finally found respect for himself.
While hanging out at a 'battle bar' for the fighters he met Eve and Fulcrum and impressed them enough to be recruited into Team Insidious.
