from what I gather Ursa is bear woman with vast super human strength ( I assume she has a base level) , the ability to get stonger the madder she gets, can produce fire, and fire energy beams.

Hero name: Dragonknight
Age: 26
Appearance: Dark hair, piercing blue eyes, lightly tanned. Medium height, lean and muscular build.
Origin: The Dragonknight comes from another time and place, a place of kings and wizards, princesses and knights, dragons and magic, and the Dragonknight.When he was five years old, raiders came to his village, taking a few children as slaves and killing everyone else. At age eight he made his first kill before escaping into the night, swearing he would come back one day to bring revenge on the raiders. To gain power he sought out the eldest dragons still living, hoping one would remember the means by which an ordinary mortal could become a Dragonknight, a legend on his world. And this is what he gained at age 12. At age 15 he killed the last raider. Then the real work began, trying to stop the schemes of mad kings and power hungry warlords. For ten years he battled the worst his world had to offer. For ten years he tried to hold back the darkness. But ultimately, he failed. A cataclysmic war broke out, and within a year his world was dead.
Powers: The Dragonknight possesses enhanced speed, strength, reflexes, and agility (think around Spider-Man level for all three). He has enhanced durability, having survived being pierced by many arrows. He bleeds fire, and heals quickly through it. Because of his nature, he can not burn. His senses are enhanced, especially scent and sight.
Gear: He has a sword, helix-shaped and seemingly made of metal scales. When the scales open up the blade is consumed in fire. It is extremely tough, perhaps unbreakable. His armor is also tough, though nowhere to the extent of his blade. The helmet is shaped like a dragon's head, and the armor's color is green (or brown for some of the leather bits). The most amazing aspect of his armor however is how it changes depending on what kind of armor is most needed. For a ceremonial occasion it may be bright and gleaming, well polished, with ornamentation, and a silk cape. For a minor skirmish it may be a dull green, very plain but practical, with leather studded with iron. Or it may become a suit of heavy, strong armor for more difficult abilities. Whatever sort of suit of armor is needed is what it becomes. Still, it has limits, being hardly stronger than steel. Because the armor changes shapes, it will mend its own battle damage. Finally, the cape can become like dragon's wings, allowing limited flight or gliding.
His sword resembles this to an extent (shape mostly):

Other: He is not of this world, and knows nothing of technology or other things that may be common knowledge to others. He has no archery or horse skills, but his swordsmanship is highly advanced. He is of good morals, but sees no wrong in killing villains if they are evil enough, coming from a medieval swords and sorcery type world. Finally, he is not the most well adjusted man, having lost his family, been brutally treated and victimized, having to kill to escape, run from pursuers, being homeless, and then finding the power to reap a terrible revenge. And the title of Dragonknight came with its own problems and obligations, which he ultimately failed in. So he's pretty much a mess inside, but he hides it well.

in that case she's weaker then Keyna, cause his base strength level is actually higher then Sandblocks. when they first fought in Sigunta Sweden Keyna mock Sandblock for holding back, and the when Sandblock did hit Keyna with a full force strike, Keyna just consider it a warm up. then the second time he tried to strike Keyna with full force Keyna stop the attack with his right hand. he also had a tough time dealing with Dr. Goldstar II and her father's 50 foot mech the Goldstar Bot that she upgrade.

he had to deal with a atomic energy photon cannon and electric stablizing field lucky he was free from this field by one of Chippy's mythical creatures chewed the electric stablizing field device's wiring. then he had to over power the bot's atomic energy photon cannon., and it took all his strength just to push the beam back towards the mech. the beam was powerful enough to nearly expolded half of the mech in tiny fagments. Dr. Goldstar II had then retreating in a Dr.Wily fashion in a pod.

Dr.Goldstar II main goals are 1 to crush you her arch nemesis , 2 world domination and 3 to turn living things into robots. now doesn't her goals remind you of a certain Sega villian.

well Usra only did one thing to Keyna and that was smack him around, besides she proably did damage to him i just didn't show it. I mean if Tobais was doing damaging to Keyna, than Usra cretainly was. so let's just say she did do damage to him but he recover from it I can even have Keyna mention this in the RPG.
