Probably DBGT Goku? Mainly on account of the speed and energy spam...
Or possibly Kuwabara from Yu Yu Hakusho. Enough speed combined with his dimension-cutter sword, he should be able to fuck most things up pretty hard.It's a lie! My pants were off the entire time!

Any of the main Slayers cast could solo Kratos with relative ease since they have a ridiculous variety of AOE spells, on top of having peak-to-low metahuman stats. Same goes for the characters in Orphen. Claymores would blitzstomp the hell out of him. Almost anyone with a Gantz suit and the usual cache of weapons has a fair shot.
