hopefully the love story stuff won't take up too much of the next issues, it feels forced, and is nauseating.
that doctor's ugly, i don't know why Gambit would go for her.
This comic is to PC. :/

Against my better judgement I gave this one more issue. Big mistake. This is incredibly decompressed. How many pages were wasted to show Northstar running around the sewers and proclaiming his love for Kyle.
Plus I don't know any gay men who sound like that. They sound more like a couple of women.
The rest was okay. At moments good. But moments aren't good enough for me to carry on buying this. The artists facial expressions are completely off too. It's like he's been taking lessons of Greg Land.
In all fairness Liu has decent enough ideas. The plots sound, and her choice of characters make me want to like this book so badly but sadly it all fails in execution and her dialogue is incredibly wooden at times. Guess I won't be making it to the wedding.
So, who was the chick at the end?
Didn't really enjoy this issue as much as I hoped I would.
I was amused with Warbird's advances and Bobby's "Eeww" responses.
But what really caught my eye...is Karma's ability to shave while on her cell. That's talent right there.
I hope this book improves, I really do. I like how we have Bobby and Northstar on a team again, and Warbird's sorta starting to grow on me, but the whole things's just so... meh.
The scene at the end reminded me of a cheesy, paperback romance novel. And although I hate killing off gay minority characters, I hope Kyle dies soon, so Northstar can move on to Bobby. I'm thinking they'll be much less cringe-worthy to read about. :|
The art is just no good.
Karma was great this issue. I loved the panel where her and Chimera had maggots in their mouths.
Cece is still bitching about something that she shouldn't be bitching about and gets a body to her name
Kyle is weepy and still doesn't get what the X-men have to deal with.
All in All we learn nothing about who's really attacking the X-men but it was an interesting issue.
