It depends on what kind of wine they're serving.

Chimera seems damaged in this. Didn't like her portrayl compared to Fractions prison take on her.

Being penned by Fraction and drawn by Land will leave even the best of D-Listers damaged.

Fractions depiction of Chimera was the best depiction of her I've ever read. And I've read Gen X and Wolverine.

It was easily the best since Hama had her as girl friday for Landau Luckman and Lake.

Tcch for baseless complaints re: frac/land.

I haven't read this issue yet, but if this is accurate then this scene alone makes the issue sufficiently awesome.

Believe me, it's all down hill after that. Bad writing on Liu's part, that kind of gem should be left for the end.

I liked it, a couple of melodramatic moments, otherwise enjoyed it.

Aaron did it better when it was Broo and Idie. Warbird just takes all the charm out and comes across as scuzzy biker dude hitting on a girl in a bar with a grunt and "com' ere woman". Of course maybe that is her "charm" that she's as laughable, creepy and obnoxious as her ward.

It was okay. Not too fond of a lot of the art though and the Northstar/Kyle scenes were a little too much for me. But I can see this book improving a bit and the Warbird moments were awesome as usual.

They seem like Syrah fans to me

I really wanted to like this book but two issues in and Liu has done nothing for me. It reads like an inferior version of Carey's Supernovas. Diverse cast, group of villains after a member of the team for shadowy reasons, some sexy girl after Bobby's man-loving tail... Only Claudine can save this mess now.
