What are you talking about? The Avengers spend all of their time in the TV Reality confessional discussing their booboos.

Yes, but he has chosen to use that time devloping Exodus, Mimic and Omega. I know more about what makes them tick than the actual recurring cast. Even the bratty Hope Squad got more development when they were shown. That has nothing to do with Carey or the previous story. The villains or crisis should be used as a means to shed like on what makes the core characters tick. Instead the supposed core characters are backgound dancers to the focus which seems to be Rogue and whoever she interacts with outside of the core cast.

Do the editor and assistant editor not look at the art before it's published? No one noticed Beast was once again his more ape like form with fingers and toes as opposed to the paws he's supposed to have? Not to mention he was freakin' huge! I've never seen Beast so big. Same goes for Toad, I've never seen Toad look like this. He's a green pointy eared midget all of a sudden? Someone seriosly needs to do their job and edit this book. I think the story is great, it's just the inconsistent art that bothers me.
Each author would tell the same story differently. Right? This implies that stories are ethereal concepts, almost existing independent of the writer, that get filtered through the writer. There is always distortion in the story because the writer's brain is an imperfect prism. Well, the artist deals with a similar problem. He's filtering the story through his brain. Each comic book shows the artists take on what is happening, but not what is actually happening.
VIVA KUSASAN!!! Morrison On Magneto: I made him into a stupid old drug-addicted idiot. CC had done a lot of good work over the years to redeem the character. And I went in and sh*t on all of it.
