This event should have been called "AVENGERS GOOD, X-MEN BAD!" because of how Bias it is.

The Magneto and Iron Man fight made sense Mags was about to kick Tony's ass until he felt a whole planet get wiped out by the PF. Mags said his self that the fight with Tony didn't mean shit compared to what was coming. Mags was a victim of his own power because the PF destroying that planet really hurt Mags mentally.

That's what people don't understand. The Phoenix destroying that planet completely took Magneto out of the fight.

I would rate Kubert a tad bit higher. Some portion of the Thing/Namor fight wasn't clear.

But the two artists were excellent!

When Mags Senses the Phoenix, and realizes how screwed the X-men are if they tried to control it is great, im really wondering if Mags will turn to the Avengers Side?

I can totally see Psylocke losing to Widow.

Thor losing to Superman is totally believable since they're in the same league. Thor may or may not be more powerful than Superman but the difference is negligible.

I wonder why they didn't have the idea to do a JLA x A, the Fights mini-series within a mini-series back then? Perhaps because they had an actual story to tell.
