Slightly unlikely, but they're two great superhero's with just their wits and tech aiding them. So if they were in a situation where they had to fight each other, we'll call the scene an abandoned city, Chernobyl-esqe, and they had whatever tech they could carry. Who do yall think would win and why?

Skill and stats wise, it's pretty even, but BP's armour is superior and there's very little that Bruce can do to hurt him through it.

And if BP gets the Ebony Blade, it's a very bad day for Bats.

What you say is true for classic BP (and current if he has gotten back his title of King of Wakanda and the vibranium PJs somehow, my knowledge about T'Challa isn't that up-to-date), but I did that one with the (current at the time) BP who replaced Daredevil while he was away, the consensus was that Bruce could take him (ordinary armor, gadgets mad with stuff that can be found in your everyday electronics shop, doesn't have the benefit of the herb).

Point of order: The Heart Shaped Herb(tm) puts T'Challa on par with Captain America physically. If the skills are comparable than the Panther takes it.

Like I said before, we need the current status of BP, since he lost the benefit of the PJs and the Herb post-Doomwar.

BP's physical feats replacing DD weren't that amazing* - and those are all we have for him since Doomwar. He doesn't have the Vibranium jammies any more since Wakandan Vibranium just ain't special any more. Now, he's still got access to Wakandan tech, and that's pretty amazing stuff (much of it created by him, of course), but his standard, non-prepped gear isn't really on Bruce's level.

* One "feat" that I discard out of hand was when Danny Rand and Luke Cage saw "Daredevil" jumping around the rooftops, Danny said that it was the fastest he'd ever seen Matt move. They tracked him down and found out it was T'Challa. This is, of course, patently ridiculous, since BP's best feats are a few (at least) levels below Matt's. Typical comics nonsense. And totally reversed just a couple of months later, when DD (now back to being Matt) flat-out schools Captain America (equal at least to BP's best day) in the second issue of DD's new ongoing.
