Why is Playstation 3 on the list while the psp, the neo geo pocket, the nintendo 64, the wonderswan, the ngage, the 32x, the sega cd, the saturn, the 3do, the cdi, the rzone, and the gizmondo aren't?
Nothing's gonna happen without a warning
While I don't recognize all those systems, of those I do, I can most certainly say the Virtual Boy was the worst.
N-Gage is like a case study on horrible user interfaces on a handheld console. That's my vote.
Sega Saturn was messed up from horrible advertisement, and dumb business decisions from Sega. In fact, every Sega system had to deal with the Sega of Japan/USA crisis, but at least Sega CD (not enough support from game developers), Game Gear (One of the worst battery lives in handheld gaming history) and Sega 32X (it was just an expansion pack, really) had legit, devaluing flaws.
Overall, as a gaming machine, 32X is the worst Sega console, but that's because of a minuscule library of games. It still had good to great games (Knuckles Chaotix being one of the few lost gems).
GameCube only had sales issue (as an actual gaming system, it shaped well with the competitors), X-Box shouldn't even be on the poll (as a system, it was fine. As a modified computing device, good times) and the same thing goes with PS3. Too recent, and too successful to be in the worst column.

You just have to be cool about it...
If anything PS3 deserves major recognition for helping bluray win its format war(as short lived as its victory was).
