I'm looking at the wiki page for Omnibus 4 and if that's correct then you're missing some of the newer crossovers like Bomb Queen ( http://comicbookrealm.com/series/276...es-day-special ) and Eva ( http://comicbookrealm.com/series/281...-monsters-ball ). It also looks like My First Maniac isn't in there.

Use this page ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hack/Slash ) if you really want to try and get everything, but you pretty much got it with those omnibuses ... omnibi .... whatever. Just start buying the singles now [I think Omnibus 4 stopped at #11 right?] and you're good to go.

    Would still be missing...

Portions of Hack/Slash 12 and 13 (DDP series) featuring the Bump crossover
    Bomb Queen vs Hack/Slash
Hack/Slash/Eva - Monsters Ball (all 4 issues collected in its own TPB)
Hack/Slash - My First Maniac (all 4 issues collected in its own TPB)
Hack/Slash Suicide Girls Annual: 8 page Cassie Hack photoshoot
Hack/Slash: Trailers 2 (per solicitations never to be collected in trade)
Hack/Slash Mercy Sparx: A Slice of Hell
Hack/Slash: Me Without You - of everything, this would be the most important thing not collected so far, especially with the story continuing in issue 16
    Hack/Slash (Image) 12-current (16 is next week)

Unless ones a completist I recommend avoiding..

Hack/Slash/Eva: Monsters Ball - I still have buyers remorse when it comes to this one. The covers are great but the story reminds me of how well Marvel and Malibu handled horror (ie: not very well).

Hack/Slash Mercy Sparks: Slice of Hell - the story is weak and Mercy is like a knock off visually of either Purgatory or Coop's work.

However, as I said earlier, I can't recommend the First Maniac trade enough, its a great story with great art. And I believe it retails at 10 and can be picked up for even cheaper on Amazon, probably.

Hack/Slash: Me Without You - Our pal Vlad gets some character depth and more of a history.

There have probably been other hot red she-devils with black hair, ha I mean, there's only so much you can do there. Plus Mercy was created by one of Hack/Slash's best artists Matt Merhoff.

Agreed that stuff is definitely skippable, but it is great how easy it is to catch up on Hack/Slash with those sexy omnibuses. Pretty much one of the easiest series to jump into.
    DROKK IT!!
