Best fanbase on the internet. But really this is getting too heated. It shouldn't be blowing up into a thing, guys. The flames defending the title aren't needed. The votes are more than enough, keep it civil.

A lesson for the likes of David42301 - this is how you behave on these kinds of sites. redhoodoutlaws is a brand new poster here, but because he's made a legitimate contribution in terms of posts (nor has he insulted anyone...), I'm fine with letting his vote count.
It's really not that tricky, people.
I've been a long-time reader of these forums, and due to sheet laziness, I haven't participated in the Thunderdome polls yet, but I couldn't pass this one up.
When the New 52 started, I read each series. "Birds of Prey" didn't make it to issue #2 with me, and I almost didn't carry on with "Red Hood and the Outlaws" either. However, due to my whimsical spending, I ended up buying "Red Hood" #2, and kept going from there. It is currently one of my favorite series right now.
HOWEVER, "Birds of Prey" got such praise from the fanbase that I decided to check it out, so I ended up reading all of the issues, and I must say I'm a little sad I'm not still picking it up. It's a very solid series. Ultimately, though, it is just not my personal cup of tea at the moment, especially since my pull list is too large already, but I will most definitely pick up the trade.
So my vote went to "Red Hood" on this one, and I am very interested to see how this one goes! Definitely one of the most intense match-ups yet!
All I can say is that Birds of Prey can use all the love it can get here . . . we still have almost seven hours to try and turn this thing around!
BoP is good, but Red Hood is one of my favorite guilty pleasure comics. Rocafort is really kicking ass on this title.

So there. I dont need my vote back, you can keep it since your obviously doing all you can to keep my fave book from winning. I respect your opinions, everyones for that matter, but when people want to complain about things they need to sound less whiney and back it up with facts. Have fun being a dictator, my vote was cast and you didnt like it so i guess people opinions are worthless unless you like what they have to say. Regardless i do plan to have future conversations on thia site with hopefully a less bias group of posters.
Good day sir.
So I went back and read the thread... so because I signed up yesterday because I felt inspired to vote on this one, my vote doesn't count? That's a shame. Ah well, I can see the point of that idea.
Some new posters seem to have misinterpreted what I posted - I am not disallowing new posters' votes automatically. But I am disallowing the votes of anyone who thinks they can turn up from another website/fanbase, register here, and never even participate on the forums. Because you - and a couple of other Hoodie voters actually bothered to post (and in your case, make a very good post!) - your votes will absolutely be counted. But there's a number of other hit-and-run voters that simply will not.
And guys, this is going to be horribly close. When I left the office last night, Red Hood was leading 57-45 which was enough of a lead to still win, even after I reverse a (large) number of votes. A large part of me hopes it still does win, otherwise a lot of good posters around here will be pretty pissed off if Birds of Prey is declared the winner, and I understand why they would be.
Final result to be declared within the hour either way, as well as a comprehensive explanation of why and by how much...
