well the YJ is a solar battery,and maybe they might go with the easy answer of his human dna and being a genomorph mutated his solar cells,so that they still absorb and collect the same,but the power effect from it is different,OR they might just say his TTK is a totally extra power from being a genomorph,or somehow his kryptonian dna unlocked his human dna's potential,and thats why he has his TTK.

The geneomorph part is what I'm thinking they could use to explain his TTK.

they shouldn't have to....they should have a magic user on their team to deal with that sort of thing

The team will be fighting aliens all season. Don't think they have to worry to much about magic.

Given that Klarion has been a pretty frequent villain, um ya. I think they're going to have to worry about magic.

it just seems really awkward to leave the team without any sort of defense against magic based villains.....does the league really think the current line up could handle a severe magical threat?

Yeah, but they never stood a chance against Klarion without Dr.fate anyway. Every time they fought Klarion he wrecked them until they whipped out the helmet of fate. You saw how well Zatanna did against Klarion, she lasted about two seconds. Unless they plan on adding a high level magic user that dwarfs the rest of the team in power, they are not beating Klarion anyway.

As for magic using aliens, good point. But I can't think of any DC aliens that utilize magic effectively off the top of my head but I'm sure there are some I'm missing.

It just doesn't make the team look good if they have to keep calling the justice league every time they run into someone who uses magic....
