Cool, YJ's version of the Ultimen/Superfriends. I'd be surprised if the Juice character isn't just Virgil. Either they get experimented on or already were metas and were kidnapped because of it.

Speaking of Black Lightning, I'd actually like to see an episode with him involved. That is one character that hasn't seen much attention in DC animation.

He does exist in the show. Maybe they will give him a little spotlight.

How can you tell that is Virgil? You can't even see his hair. That might be Hotspot (Joto) from Dan Jurgens Teen Titans, Jason Rusch (Firestorm), Ink's son, Keith Roberts-White (from Superman Man of Steel #1 1991) or Jakeem Thunder. Heck it might be Jamal from Mr. Terrific's comic. Wouldn't Virgil already have his powers if Rocket is already roaming around?


As for Jaime being friends with Kid Devil over Static-can they use the name Devil on a kids show? I think pairing Jaime and Virgil would be a better and more marketable.

The images there seem to indicate that the abducted kids are similar to the Ultimen or Superfriends characters. The Ultimen had a teenage version of Black Vulcan called Juice. Static could easily be the guy here. Not to mention, Tai looked like Long Shadow/Apache Chief.

People are also basing it off the color of his clothes (Black, Blue, and Yellow). Sure it could be a coincidence but If they are introducing more teen heroes with these guys so it is the perfect opportunity. As far as him already having his powers, we don't know, the big bang may have never happened on this earth. I wouldn't really like an origin change but it is certainly possible.

Didn't say that I know it was any of those characters, I said it was speculation, mainly for fun,pretty much what you did with your named list of characters, the picture used may not be a good one but it appears the guy on the far right has locks, and what looks like a trench coat imo, hence my speculation of Static, but even with that I said Static or Juice.

We don't know that the scenario the writers set up will lead them being the "bad" guys,its all just guess work here, also Static was introduced to DC with captured teens in Terror Titans some bad, some good, but in that case they found out that Static could not be mine controlled.

Forgot about that. Although Devil Ray doesn't look like the Devil like Kid Devil does.


I don't think that's Static. He might be another guy created for the cartoon that pops up in the comic creation like Harley and Aqualad.
