Really wish they would've gotten a different voice actor for Nightwing. I know it's the same guy who voiced him as Robin, but now that he's older it just sounds wrong. He's still got a little kid voice.

Ah crap. Why does Blue Beetle have to say "ese" "amigo" "hermano" etc. in every sentence he says?!? Not all Mexicans talk like Cheech and Chong!!!

Jesse McCartney is 25. And that's his real voice. So I wouldn't say it's really a little kid's voice.

Well, that was dismaying seeing so many of the stronger League members depart from Earth.

But I guess it was too much to hope for that we'd get to see regular offerings of League fighting with the 'kids'.

So I missed the upcoming episode blurb again. Who gets showcased next now that everyone except for Artemis and Wally have been accounted for?

I'm happy the League is off-world. Chance to see lesser known leaguers like Captain Atom get some shine.

Next episode is Superboy vs. Intergang.

Less Justice League does the show justice (no pun intended). It's the younger characters' show, let them be the heroes.

Yeah I think it's a good way to keep the focus on Young Justice without having the Justice League to lean on.

Granted, I love the Justice League and all but given the amount of stuff happening in this show they can practically have their own spin-off show.

Exactly, I don't mind an occasional appearance here and there. While the character focus has been on the Young Justice members, the show is still a little too reliant on the Justice League. Like you said, I wouldn't mind a Justice League show where the Invasion arc can more of a crossover. But as long as there's only a Young Justice cartoon, I'd rather if they overcome the odds and beat the threats instead of deferring to the League.

Bad haircut aside, I really enjoyed Aqualad's return and new attitude. Sure, it's your typical "lost and revenge" story, but I'd rather it be him than Wally, Roy, or Artemis. There's something about the noble characters turning bad that interests me. It makes the stakes even higher.
