HE was only kidnapped 2 years ago from the start of season 1. So its not a dramatic age difference. Negligible at best really. Also in the suspended animation pod he wouldn't have aged

2 years is hardly negligible at that age...he could have very easily hit a growth spurt over those years. Personally, I was done growing by 15, but I knew people that really shot up at 16, 17 years old. It can make a big difference.

About ever week or so... There are a lot of questions in Queue, so it takes him a while to get up to date (meaning he only got up to date once, during the hiatus).

Well, it's all but confirmed that they're using Darla Dudley from Flashpoint, so anything's possible.
