Well with Hogan travelling to the future to Brock's prime this would be an era where Vince McMahon might not be on good terms with Hogan and the bookers might very well let Brock get the win and the rub from Hogan. Plus 'in character' the Hulkster would not have as many Hulkamaniacs in that era to feed off of and Brock had a bunch. It would be back and forth with the crowd like the Hogan vs Warrior.
Another thing is Brock would have the momentum because here is Hogan coming out of nowhere to challenge Brock in front of the crowd and Lesnar would accept like the tough guy face his character was to pop the crowd. He'd probably say something like "Well, to be the best you have to beat the best. You're on Hogan! Any time, any place!" So I think Brock can win since he could no sell with the best of them.
I'm fairly sure Hogan was getting over huge with the fans at that point.

Not saying he wasn't but so was Brock. Like I said it'd be more like Hogan vs Warrior, which Hogan lost by the way.
Since we do these things in kayfabe, and how they would actually be booked, there's only one way Vince would have a fight end between two people who cannot lose (unless it's at one of the big PPVs).
Ref bump / screwjob finish.
