Not an excessive amount, no. Mainly in the morning when I have to drag myself to work and stay awake for a few hours
Yes, worrying is not going to help her at all. I'm a perpetual worrier and that's what stops me sleeping. At the moment when I do sleep I have really bad nightmares, so I don't *want* to sleep. Which isn't helping, because I'm blocking myself
